Formigal webcam live: slopes, the A-136 to the Portalet, weather and snow today

Webcam Formigal en Directo 2026: Ver Estado de Nieve en Tiempo Real - CaranvaSports -

Here are the Formigal webcams, live: the four official slope cameras (Anayet, Cantal, Pico Royo and Garmet) and two DGT traffic cameras on the A-136, alongside the weather and snow right now at three levels. It is everything you need to see what Formigal is like today before you head for the Tena valley.

Formigal webcams live

The slope cameras are the resort's official ones, streamed by Feratel: video that updates every few minutes and keeps the last few hours. The two road cameras belong to the DGT, Spain's traffic authority, and show still images of the A-136 that refresh regularly.

What to look for on the Formigal webcams before you go

  • Is the A-136 white? Check the Sallent de Gállego camera first, then the Formigal one. If there is snow on the road, the DGT may make snow chains compulsory.
  • Is it clear across all sectors? Compare Anayet, Cantal, Pico Royo and Garmet. If one shows cloud or blowing snow and another does not, you know which area to head for.
  • Has it snowed overnight? Scroll back through the Feratel video: matt, untracked snow in the morning is fresh snow. Shiny and smooth means hard or icy snow.
  • What about Panticosa? Formigal and Panticosa make up the Formigal-Panticosa ski area, part of the Aramón group. To compare, have a look at the Panticosa webcam.

When to check the webcams

Check the cameras the evening before and scroll back through the last few hours to see whether it has snowed during the day. In the morning, as soon as it is light, look at the A-136 at Sallent and Formigal first, then the four slope cameras.

Getting to Formigal: the A-136, Sallent and the Portalet

Formigal is in the Tena valley (Huesca). You drive up on the A-136, which runs through Sallent de Gállego and on towards the Portalet pass; both DGT cameras on this page are on that road. If you are looking for a Portalet webcam to check the road, these are the nearest: they show conditions at Sallent and Formigal, before the pass.

When it snows, the DGT may make chains compulsory on the A-136: check dgt.es or call 011, the Spanish traffic information line, before you set off. If it is your first trip, the route is explained in how to get to Formigal.

If the webcam says yes: get your gear sorted
