Shipping and Pickup Policy
At Caranvasports, all rented sports equipment must be picked up directly at the selected location, which corresponds to the associated rental store and is specified in the description of each product when making the reservation.
Pickup at another location
If you wish to pick up your equipment at a different location than specified, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. You can request this change by sending an email to info@caranvasports.com. Depending on the requested location and store availability, additional costs may apply, which will be communicated to you on a case-by-case basis.
Return and Cancellation Policy
CaranvaSports S.L.
At CaranvaSports S.L. we offer services for sports equipment rental, activities, lift passes, and occasional product sales. Return and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service contracted. Below, we detail our applicable policy.
Sports equipment rental and activities
CaranvaSports S.L. acts as a mediating platform between the customer and rental shops or suppliers. Each supplier may have their own cancellation policy. We will always try to apply the most favorable conditions for the customer, but refunds are subject to the rules of each collaborating store.
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the rental start time, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, provided the supplier allows it.
Reservations linked to events or special activities
For reservations associated with events, competitions, guided tours, organized groups, educational centers, or companies, cancellation must be made with at least 10 days' notice to qualify for a full refund. After this period, the refund of the paid amount is not guaranteed.
Cancellations within the 24 hours prior
Cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the start of the rental may result in a refund of 50% of the total amount, provided the supplier authorizes it.
No-show or late cancellation
In case of no-show or cancellation once the reservation has started, no refunds will be applied.
Material deliveries and pickups
For services that include delivery or pickup of equipment, it is necessary to notify with at least 48 hours in advance. If this deadline is not met, service availability or refund of the amount is not guaranteed.
Classes and activities
Classes, courses and activities do not allow free cancellation or refunds once confirmed.
In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, safety or other operational causes), CaranvaSports S.L. may offer a rescheduling or a voucher for a future activity.
Cancellation by CaranvaSports
CaranvaSports S.L. reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of lack of availability, changes in conditions by the provider, operational errors or force majeure. In these cases, the total amount paid will be refunded or an equivalent alternative offered, without the right to additional compensation.
Forfaits and ski resort services (FGC)
For the contracting of forfaits and associated services at the stations of La Molina, Vall de Núria, Port Ainé, Boí Taüll, Espot and Vallter, CaranvaSports S.L. fully applies the official conditions established by these stations, to which we adapt as an intermediary platform.
Modifications, cancellations and refunds – Individual clients
The client may modify and/or cancel the contracted services with the right to a refund of payments made, according to the conditions established for cancellations. No refund will be made for contracted services that the client voluntarily did not use.
- Before 48 hours from the start of services: no charges.
- Between 48 and 24 hours before the start of services: 50% charges.
- Between 24 hours and the start of services: 100% charges.
- No-show to the services implies 100% charges.
The start of services is understood as the station opening time on the day the contracted service begins.
Conditions for confirmed groups
Cancellations
- Before 15 days from the start of services: 25% charges.
- From 14 days to 24 hours before the start of services: 50% charges.
- Between 24 hours and the start of services: 100% charges.
Modifications
- No charges will apply if on the day of arrival the variation is ±10% of the reserved seats.
- Failure to present the group in whole or in part implies 100% of the costs.
Product purchase (online store)
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as delivered, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Returns must be sent to the address provided once the request is approved. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, so we can assess the case and offer a solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a new purchase.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without any justification, provided the product meets the conditions indicated above.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. If more than 15 days have passed since approval, contact info@caranvasports.com.
