The Sella River connects Arriondas with Ribadesella over a 15-km stretch. It flows through green landscapes, gentle rapids, and bathing areas:

Is the Sella Descent dangerous?
The Sella is a level I–II river; however, it is advisable to follow these recommendations:
- Approved life jacket required (included).
- Know how to swim and keep the boat within the marked channel.
- Do not consume alcohol before or during the activity.
